I was just wondering, WHAT IF: These are "no questions asked" events?, What would happen if a number of entrepreneurs were to show up with a few VERY cheaply made zip-guns, say 3/4" water pipe shotguns made as inexpensively as possible, then claim the $200 or so "reward" for them? What if massive numbers of people were to start showing up at these events around the country and cashing..., sorry, I mean surrendering these "evil" devices for their 200 or so bucks? Would it be a form of guerrilla war against the statists? Would it be poetic justice? Would it be profitable?
