How about if a state allows a contract where if one party doesn’t pay the other within a certain period of time the debtor can be tracked down and killed by the loaner. or loaner’s representatives.

If the debtor flees to another state to avoid payment can the loaner follow him to the other state and kill him even though it it illegal, full faith and credit??

you were doing better with gun permits

you are right though - gun permits are not honored in all states under the full faith and credit clause - it might be that it has never been tested and ruled on - i don't know

but marriage licenses are

maybe one day levin will discuss it
