AJ has matured a lot on the field over the past few years. Now it is time for him to mature off the field. If you saw his tantrum on the field during the game, then you can see he is in need of some gettin over himself.
I see him as a good kid who has the ego of a quarterback. It used to drive me crazy when he would do interviews and would be all I Me My about everything. Hopefully, this will blow over and he can get on with The Process for next season.
I am in agreement with AJ that the whole brouhaha over Musberger’s drooling has overshadowed the accomplishments of these fine young men who have worked so hard over the past four and five years. They have sweated and bled and broken and who knows what else to be the best in college football. But the media is obsessed with a pretty female who has been dating the QB for less than two months.
His team is undoubtedly already suffering the ill effects of having been the big men on campus—from high school through college.
The idea that they need still more adulation for their football prowess is a little hard to buy into.
