He says it out of a programmed reflex, most likely before ever reading the article. It makes him feel like he knows something special and insightful that the rest of us rubes haven’t picked up on.
I have learned over the years to ignore the first several responses after an article, because most of the time they are from people who read the headline or saw who the author was and then quickly posted their meaningless quip.

Maybe he realizes that using Buchanan as a spokesman is detrimental to our cause. He may be right about the Second Amendment, but he is a racist, anti-semitic nut about other things. A Ron Paul with a mean streak.
