It's a perfect example - The case should never have even been heard in the first place. And when it was heard, Kelo et al LOST, and their houses were demolished. What good was the Constitution for them?

How can anyone in their right mind find authority for ObamaCare in the Constitution? It is simply not there. What good is the Constitution for the rest of us? Who follows it? Certainly not the Supremes!
