CJ John Roberts declared that obozo care is a tax. Since by law all tax bills have to start in the House, why isn't someone up there speaking out that since it started in the senate it is UNCONSTITUTIONAL? Thus, unless or untill the Congress takes it through the legal process, it is null and void. Oh yeah, for those in DC, laws that are contray to the wishes of the power elite don't matter. Selective application and enforcement of Constitutioanl law makes clear this current US government is illegitamate and therefore must be removed.

No, he declared it is a CORPORATE tax - and ONLY a corporate tax - based on NO NEW DEFINITION of a corporate tax.

If people want to let it be applied to themselves, that's their own damn faults for being too lazy to learn the law.
