Indeed, between ADULTS is the key word here, but it should be expanded to include “Adults of sound MIND”....

Socially it should at LEAST have the same stigma as smoking/drinking/etc.... ie. it is bad for you.

Actually I’m stunned that Rush is addressing this today & not the appt of Brennen, Hagel et al (or Hillary’s return to work today).
