What is used for practice at the range, how often, and how many dhs employees go?
And can we find out if the purchase was for say ten years worth?

I was talking to a friend and their opinion was that dhs was buying it so WE couldn’t.
But I was wondering if we could do the math and figure how much for target practice and how much for ‘other purposes’?
