This is one of the nicer and newer malls in the state. My wife and I were at that mall earlier in the afternoon today.
There were an unusual amount of young feral urban youth in there this afternoon as well. Matter of fact, I made comment of it to my wife as we were walking thru there and we decided to eat across the street at a restaurant rather than the food court. There was no sign of trouble when we left there about 4:30pm or so, but there were a bunch of “youth” in there. We were both packing. She had a CZ 9mm PO1 in her purse and I had .45 Colt Combat Commander in a shoulder rig.
Yes. We both have LA CC permits. Glad we were long gone before this happened.
The CZ-USA site has some really nice walnut replacement grips for your wife’s P-01. I liked the rubber grips OK but the wood grips are outstanding. And I believe you can also get a stainless steel recoil spring rod there to replace the cheesy plastic original rod.

There was a survival web site that warned people to observe the demographics of where they are and get out when the feral population gets greater than a certain percent. I can’t find it now.
