The Crossroads of the West Gun Show attracted thousands of firearms enthusiasts to Ontario Convention Center today. The crowd was so large that officials slowed entry to the show to a virtual crawl during the show's early hours to avoid overcrowding the venue.
Crossroads of the West typically attracts about 7,000 visitors during its Ontario appearances, show owner Bob Templeton said. He expects double that amount this weekend.
The crowd, he said, is likely a reaction to expectations that Congress will at least give serious consideration to major gun control legislation this year. For example, Sen. Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., has proposed a new federal assault weapons ban that would outlaw more than 100 specific weapons and magazines that can carry more than 10 rounds of ammunition, among other provisions.

On my way to a PGR Mission at Ontario Airport this morning, I ran into absolute gridlock getting off the freeway....People going to(or trying to go to) the gun show....The show was so crowded the Fire Marshall showed up and had to limit entry. Great to see!!
BTW....Many thanks to Barack Obama, Diane Feinstein, Sarah Brady and the other gun grabbers....the BEST gun salespersons (gotta be PC) ever!

With gun sales being what they are, I don’t think all of these people are buying guns just so they can turn them over to Barry and the ‘RATS.

There is a sizeable portion of the population of this country who probably don’t think “California” when we see the word Ontario.

Evidently, there is another Ontario that is so important, they don’t even have to put the word “California” after it. We are supposed to know automatically that that is the one they mean.

I thought my son missed a good gun show - he would have been very annoyed. Then I looked up the Ontario Convention Centre.

Was gonna say...if I heard of a few C1A1s or Inglis Hi-Powers successfully crossing the border to a new life in the States, I’d have lit up a cigar!

I didn't preview.
Distracted by my wife.

I was there! Wild! But great deals all around! Prices were fair and I saw no price gouging. Fineswine can only hope on any ban. All must contact their Congress Critters to cut this off at the knees. The NRA booth signed up hundreds!

I had thought about going back to the Gun show after the mission, but I heard about the Fire Marshall’s restrictions on the radio and decided not to. Probably the same tomorrow.
I’ll wait until Crossroads comes back to Costa Mesa, CALIFORNIA, USA.
