It’s different than with ObamaCare. Republicans did not control the House at that time and were very limited in what they could do. Gun control will not pass the House.

The recent rout by Obama on the fiscal cliff gave us the advantage that Boehner is under far less pressure to give anything to Obama now. Second, I think Republicans are correctly just keeping their yap shut rather than drawing fire by announcing their opposition to any gun control.

Obummercare will NEVER be upheld in the supreme court- it can’t be upgheld because it’s unconstitutional- there is no way the supreme court can uphold thsi violation to our rights.... oh wait- it did get upheld despite it beign unconstitutional

If it passes the Senate but not the House, could the Democrat Senate sit on it and wait for a Democrat House to approve it sometime in the future and send it up to zer0 or does the whole process have to start over?
