Reminds me of the tests in the late 40’s and 50’s on radioactive exposure. History does repeat itself.
My Grandmother died of thyroid cancer. She was in an area where they tested radioactive fallout on civilians (without consent).
The State doesn’t care. It is for the Great Good.
