Dude... they are going to spend every penny of their budget... Base Line Budgeting you know. I’d rather them waste the money defending themselves than use it to defeat us.

That's correct. It is our capital and OUR court system. So, I vote for spending my portion on court cases that challenge the current President's legitimacy over some of what I see pop up when I type “stupid Federal grants lists” into my search engine.

If you seriously want to challenge how your tax $ are spent, start there. Or perhaps you are satisfied that 1.9 million of your tax dollars was spent on a project at the California Academy of Sciences in San Francisco to study ants. Or the University of North Carolina at Charlotte's $750,000 in stimulus funds to help develop a computerized choreography program that its creators believe could lead to a YouTube-like “Dance Tube” online application.

I could go on, but I'm still on my first cup of coffee and this is irritating me.
