Why?
Well, she always does things in a manner that sabotages the outcome. Somewhat tantamount to someone buying powerful vehicle to participate in a race, getting the right driver, getting the right tires, practicing like crazy ...and then during the day of the race only filling up the car with 60% of the fuel required to finish the rally! Look at the following link (FR link) below, where Orly took a lot of documents to a Mississippi court in April last year trying to prevent Obama from running, but somehow 'forgot' to sign any of them (automatically making the whole thing useless).

Or look at this other (FR) thread here, where a group also opposed to Obama's eligibility wrote about their dealings with her.

I have nothing against the lady, and I do not know her in any capacity, but I do know that if I was being represented in a legal matter I would find it highly negligent if my lawyer somehow 'forgot' to sign documents knowing the impact that would have on the case. I might even ponder on who exactly 'my' lawyer is working for. Anyways, I wish Ms Taitz all the best, but I can guarantee that a) her case will go nowhere, and b) even though there would still be a small chance for success, that chance would at least be (significantly) greater with another person pushing it.
Orly is either a plant, or she may be dealing with personal issues.
Problem with your analogy is that more experienced lawyers have received the same treatment from the courts. And, the same nasty comments from Obama Supporter PhonyCons
Orly Taitz is an incompetent attention whore who couldn’t properly interpret the law if the Founding Fathers explained it to her in Russian.
