For them, $100 or so isn’t much. They all did it to celebrate turning 21, that and being able to buy alcohol. I don’t think any of them would ever actually carry. The only time they ever held a weapon was during the class.

I was in GNC with a couple 20 something clerks talking about getting permits.

One other customer in the store happened to be an instructor at Front-Sight.

He did a great job of discouraging them from applying. Said, if he was in the store and it was being robbed, he wouldn’t pull his weapon. Told them why.

Now, I wasn’t buying any of this, but I thought it was good that he made thse macho wanna be’s think twice about the responsibility and the legal limitations of carrying.
