How did this happen? Papa John’s wins their injunction and Hobby Lobby loses.

I *think* (emphasis added) that the difference is that Dominoes owner filed as an individual while Hobby Lobby filed suit as a corporation.

That has been my admittedly limited understanding of the distinction, but I could be misstating the facts. Anybody with better knowlege, I'd like to know as well.....

I think it might have been the other way around:

Hobby Lobby the individual, Domino the Corp.
