Credit medical advancement in trauma care....the same reason we have so few fatalities in military operations.

But we need to take a page from the liberal handbook: they focus not just on the number of troops killed, but also those injured and maimed.

If we did the same with US crime rates, it would reveal the tens of thousands of attempted murders with knives, rocks, bats, cars, etc.

Instead, we allow the media to focus on the homocide rate and link all of it to firearms (which is a lie).
