Still, we have about 95 Republican members of Congress to be looked into for the possibility of being driven out at the next primary. Many of them ~ the majority actually ~ are from states where we might well want to EXCLUDE the whole Republican party apparatus from the NEW Republican Party. California, New York ~ the usuals It looked to me like Ca had more Reps vote against this bill than for it. I noticed that at least one that voted "aye" has already been districted out - Bilbray. Issa, Hunter, McClintock voted "nay". Let's not throw out the baby with the bathwater.... You won't find a more conservative guy than Tom McClintock.
maybe he can move somewhere else. it's good that he's in Congress but it's bad that California is no longer providing a NATIONAL presence ~ in terms of electoral votes, governor, 2 senators ~ and appears unable to put Republicans into the state legislature!!!
It may be time to pull the party out of California and with it the aqueduct ~ keep that water for the states where the few remaining Republicans will move.
