I had an FFL in the mid-1990’s. I was told by an ATF agent during a “random” inspection that I could refuse to sell a firearm to anyone “for any reason or no reason.”
Which means, in a convoluted way, the dealer, after hearing about the shootings in CT and announcing that they will suspend further sales of weapons (a week before Christmas) out of respect and because of, the shootings, they may have felt that they should not sell 03ea of these to any one customer?
