Yes, they will probably get out of any lawsuits by purchasers but from the article it sounds like they have exposure on the distributorship contract.

(If you can keep your head when all about you are losing theirs, you've likely misread the situation.)
Their Corporate HQ is here in Pittsburgh. Anyone I know who has ever had any business dealings with them so far as being a supplier, etc. all agree. They REALLY live up to their name!
