The Supremes have ruled that owning a firearm is a civil right. If these people can be shown to be in collusion with others to deprive us of that Right, then it is a conspiracy.

IIRC, Conspiracy to deprive people of a civil right is a Felony, and an actionable offense in civil court as well.
