I blame lack of fathers, but I also blame these black mothers, (not all, mind you — I know several VERY good black women who are wonderful mothers in every way) who would sell their soul for a welfare check and a set of nails, or a chance to get their hair did in exchange for being proper parents.
Too many of them aspire to nothing except professional hoochdom. They don’t give a rats BUTT about these kids, or mothering in general, and are fully enabled by the liberal establishment.
