A friend who is a surgical tech (checks instruments for function, preps O.R., etc)
tells me that if you are about to be operated on by ANY doctor that has a degree from anywhere outside of the U.S....
then run for your life!

PS: He isnt too keen on medico's from 'historically _____' colleges either!

I always check to make sure where a doctor was educated - I always look for the University of Pennsylvania or some such school. Although, the best doctor I ever had received her medical degree from Trinity College in Dublin.
