Yeah, the Russians have a legitimate gripe. This is not about politics but about how Russian children, many of whom have mental or behavioral problems arising from their abuse in orphanages, have been poorly treated by American adoptive parents.

You’re assigning attributes to Russians that don’t exist. They hate their orphans and they hate Americans. It was only a matter of time before they punish both.
