Not true. Much of NOK is so close to Seoul that the use of nuclear weapons would destroy much of the city. The leadership of NOK knows where to hide and they have massive underground protection from nuclear weapons. They ain’t and easy target.

You are reading too many novels. The federal government as presently constituted would never retaliate against an aggressor nation. Look at Benghazi. Americans were killed on American soil in a foreign country, by enemies of the U.S. Yet what did we do to retaliate? Hilary trips and bangs her head and can’t testify.
