The hidden taxes paid by the “rich” are a scandal - not only are there additional fees placed on all sorts of utility bills to support “Societal Benefits Charges” ($0.0083 each Kwh, or $7.48 on this month’s Atlantic City Electric bill for me), but special discounts for the elderly such as I think Comcast’s special rates, usually have very low income ceiling for qualifying - but when society becomes obsessed with “redistributing the wealth”, anything goes......
My sister in law-the welfare queen- took her “Earned Income Tax Credit” this year and went on a trip from CT to California- air fare for her, the husband and 3 kids, an SUV rental and hotel stay for a week.
We had to use our tax “refund” to pay our property taxes because my husband was laid off and our income dropped considerably-
Just crazy....oh-and all 5 of them each have their own cell phone...
