If Boehner had any cojones (and he doesn't), then he would remove the venue----the House of Representatives is under no obligation to provide Presidents with a forum from which to deliver the State of the Union Address. It's done as a courtesy, and heck, Boehner ought to tell Obama to just send it up to the Hill, and a clerk will read it into the record, just like they used to do before 1913, thereby meeting the Constitutional requirement to "give to Congress information of the State of the Union and recommend to their Consideration such measures as he shall judge necessary and expedient."
If Zero wants threaten and harangue Republicans in a public speech, then he can do it with his buddies down at the National Press Club.
