I went to his website some years ago & he had books you could purchase directly. He suggested buying a case of autographed books to sell at fund-raisers. I just took another quick look & don’t see that anymore, but there’s a contact link...

Just a guess, but maybe for liability reasons. If something goes down, and the perpetrator has a copy of this book, the publisher is sure to get sued into oblivion by the libs.
