“Congress should have yearly legislation limits.”

1. Not allowed to pass spending legislation til 2020
2. Not allowed to address any legislation adversely affecting any of the first ten ammendments - ever
3. Not allowed to authorize any pay increases for any govt employee, including themselves, ever.
4. Must pass legislation cutting their own pay by 75%
5. Must pass legislation elinating their own retirement/healthcare benefits and place themselves under Soc Security and any and all healthcare legislation they pass for the rest of us.
6. Must decommission EPA, FDA, ATF, IRS, Dept of Agriculture, Dept of Education, Homeland Security, etc...all the Unconstitutional Appendages that have been added to the cost of govt and the interference in our personal liberties.
The ‘Musts’ in the list have a deadline effective date of April 1, 2013

Now go on FRiends, add to the list.
