The text messages sent outside the job, may have inappropriate/flirtaous.
There is nothing wrong with firing someone when they are not working out. Obviously, this lady was not working out in a small business.
Wish we knew all the details...and we do not.
It's noteworthy it took 10 years to "not work out."
