I don’t believe in the whole global warming scam but I do remember reading stories about how the north pole was moving towards Siberia at about 40 miles a year. I would assume the south pole is moving as well. It might explain why it appears the ice at the original poles are melting and why Russia and Europe are freezing in the winter and why the U.S. seems warmer. Pole shift.
That’s just the magnetic pole, not the polar axis of spin.
OTOH, there is a small shift over time in the axial tilt, though that amounts of only +/- a degree or so:
