The drive by method of intimidation is for the host to keep firing questions at the guest before the first question is answered. While the guest is answering that one the host fires another one at him. It’s the media’s semi-automatic assault weapon tactic against guests. Perhaps we should start with a ban on that weapon.

Exactly!! Along with interrupting his every comment. The trick is to be strong-willed with your answers and not take too long. But, when he interrupts keep on talking. Ignore his interrupts if you are not too long.
