I’d be interested in your opinions of the Penny Plan. Connie Mack Jr, and Rand Paul gave it some lip service during the last cyce. It ends baseline budgeting, and reduces spending by 1% a year for not too many years. Combined with some sort of entitlement reform, it could work, imho.
Nothing that is permitted under our laws.
Yeah I know its amazing how that all transpires.
Hillary will get some rest, go to a fat farm, get some plastic surgery, and then go on the campaign trail in about two years. She will be able to raise a ton of money for her candidacy. And Obama will support her paying back the IOUs he owes Bill Clinton for campaigning for him in 2013. The die is cast.

When you analyze it phonies like hillary and zero never put themselves in any position where any of their activities will ever have to be explained. Its always up to someone else to defend their actions so they are never in any jeopardy at all.

Watching Tim Scott being interviewed by Bob Shieffer and doing a great job. First question/sandbag attempt: what do you think about the proposal for more gun control. Answer: excellent political speak dodge. Twice. Then Shieffer moved on to ‘ficsal cliff’ and getting along with democrats. As Scott is a current sitting congressman he gave the answer that should have been the MANTRA from every Republican:
“We Have Acted. We have passed a bill last summer. All the Senate has to do is act on it.”
If you are a white conservative, your government is your enemy. If you are a white male conservative, particularly an older one, your government wants you to die. Obamacare will be used to hasten the demise of those groups who oppose Obama. That is the brutal truth.

A fawning media would always portray her in best possible light (ala fashion queen Moochelle) with photoshopping, airbrushing, discarding poorly posed shots, etc.

Seriously? What did they expect? Has anyone in the driveby media shown that “curbs on guns” would have stopped Lanza?
I think that was the original plan, but Obama outsmarted them with Axelrod and Plouffe. Hillary was the odds on favorite in 2008, but Obama just beat her in the primaries using the race card.
I think Hillary knows that. That is why she is stepping down as SoS. She knows her political career is coming to an end.
Hillary has now got all the credentials she needs--First Lady, senator, and Secstate--the most traveled in our history visiting more countries than any previous one. She has a huge public approval rating. She will now use the next four years raising money and setting up her organization. And she will do some things to enhance her physical appearance--a makeover--to make her appear more youthful. Being President has been her burning ambition forever. She will not relinquish it.
