Well this vacation was planned awhile ago so it wasn't because Senator Inouye died. Met him once for a second in the mid 70's.

The reason Inouye was out and about? I think election year but I was 17 so I couldn't vote, no idea. Maybe Obama got an A on his test up manoa Valley and neo-riche Punahou private school where haoles have a reprieve from getting their proverbial arses kicked( as in public school over yon) and it was declared a State Holiday?

Maybe Obama was off blowing dope with his choom gang or cutting class to get in the way of the real body surfers at Sandy Beach.
