You forgot to mention one important group: those citizens who could have agitated their local State legislatures to force their local Secretaries of State actually to certify candidates for the President of the United States.

But hey, it's easier to bitch about some pissant judge in another jurisdiction, right?

No response is merited as to past citizen action. It’s actually insulting to those who’ve attempted.

Keep protecting you little legal oligarchy. You know you want to. You know you need to.

You must be a graduate of the “It’s not my job - Thief Justice Roberts - school of law.”

Still not sure why they get paid but I’m sure you have an answer.

Courts still have the judicial power under the Constitution to resolve controversies arising under the Constitution. The failures of others doesn’t justifies this judge’s failure to apply the available law.
