You have to remember many Europeans beleive guns are only used for killing innocent people in the United States. Not only are most Europeans and Britishers unaware of the second amendment, many think America is a land where blood-thirsty citizens gun down thousands of their fellow countrymen daily.

I had a girl friend who had a sister who was married to a German doctor and lived in Germany. The sister was going to visit our home one time with her children. She was going to fly to Milwaukee from Germany and then rent a car and drive across the state to our home in La Crosse,. Her German husband forbade her from doing so because it was too dangerous to drive across Wisconsin. People were being slaughtered on the interstate by gun-crazed maniacs at a terrible rate.
