So Time and Rush both continue to try to propagate the meme that what happened in November was really an “election” ...and not a foreign coup..surprisesurprisesurprise!!!
The fact that Romney still lost after getting so much of the "independent" vote might just means that there are more independents that were former Republicans ashamed to call themselves Republican than there were former Democrats ashamed to call themselves Democrat.
The Republican Party has an extremely poor "brand". They have basically labeled themselves 'Democrat-Lite'. However bad Budweiser is, Bud Lite is even worse.

So true mo, it is worth a clarification. Rush is a bright guy, but his income is based upon clarifying content upon which most of his audience agrees. After all, only a few can talk back, and he is in full control of the content.
An election where individual decisions are indicated with a few bits in a computer memory location, one which no observer has any possibility of verifying, and one which is overseen by SEIU personnel who support the scanners and touchscreen devices is entirely unverifiable. An election where ballots are not counted under the observation of volunteers of both parties, not counted in the room in which the ballots were marked, but are counted by SEIU employees, with an overbearing fiduciary interest in the outcome, out of sight of anyone but union personnel, is not verifiable, not trustworthy, and certainly provides no audit trail of any sort. We did not have an election. Like trained monkeys, we executed a process that possessed some attributes of the verifiable elections we used to have.
Rush is certainly correct about “low-information” citizenry, but his role is not that of an activist who makes things happen, but of a wordsmith who explains some static aspect of a ludicrous system, but a system that sustains him in the style to which he has become accustomed.
Rush, like virtually everyone with an income to protect, wilted under the withering Alinsky (5th Rule) attack on anyone who questioned Obama’s constitutional eligibility. The mainstream never permitted informed discussion. Even when every US Senator signed Senate Res 511, which made the two citizen parent requirement clear (albeit with some weasel words which didn't invalidate the Judge Chertoff and Pat Leahy’s unequivocal statement.) Rush is from a family of lawyers. Perhaps they knew that Holder could destroy their lives. Perhaps, perhaps! But for those who are not low-information citizens, those who read the dozens of Supreme Court Cases, and saw Soros’ henchmen corrupt the references to Minor v. Happersett in some twenty five Supreme Court cases presented as accurate representations by "justia.com", Obama is not constitutionally eligible. Chief Justice John Marshall knew more than Chris Mathiews, or even Rush Limbaugh. All those fools who parroted “but it was never defined in the Constitution” never read, or never thought while they read, because the Constitution was intended not to contain definitions. Madison told us, and Mark Levin clarified in Liberty and Tyranny, p 37, that our framers understood that the meanings of words change over time. The Constitution's definitions were always intended to come from the common-law and language familiar to its framers. But then, Levin has two children in college, and probably a few skeletons in a closet somewhere about which the FBI certainly knows.
Obama was coronated by a collection of crony capitalists, lots of bankers, and some surviving cells from the far left. Political activists controlled a few blocks with Obama’s old employer, Project Vote, bussing in illegal immagrints, and controlled vote tabulation using union employees who know the consequence of exposing the fraud, and they used the old traitor McCain, who was never found eligible by congress, to run interference, so few Republicans would dare to raise the issue (Georgia's current governor, Nathan Deal, was a congressman in 2009, and was run out of Congress as a poster boy for what would happen to anyone who would ask.)
