Do you think that people might come back? Or maybe non-native Detroiters re-populate the city? It could use some new blood to kick out the old guard.
I have absolutely no reason to, but I have a soft spot for Detroit.
I suspect plenty of native Detroiters will come looking for jobs and what aren’t taken by locals will be filled by other means. Being good for Detroit is just a by product.
Its kind of funny, if you look t aerial pictures of Delray (Along the north edge of Zug Island) and across the river, you can tell that Canada has been planning for a long time. They even have a major highway spur there for no apparent reason.
