Judaism teaches, “The righteous of all nations have a share in the world to come.”
The Seven Laws of the Children of Noah specifically prohibit homosexual sex acts.
The Talmud goes further, noting that non-Jewish societies are given credit for observing all of God’s Seven Laws if they meet three conditions, one of which is that they do not recognize homosexual ‘marriage’.
(The others are respecting the Torah and prohibiting the sale of human tissue.)

Romans 2 12-16 For all who have sinned without the law will also perish without the law, and all who have sinned under the law will be judged by the law. For it is not the hearers of the law who are righteous before God, but the doers of the law who will be justified.
For when Gentiles, who do not have the law, by nature do what the law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the law. They show that the work of the law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them on that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus.
*IOW if we have the law written universally in our hearts we all have a sort of spiritual DNA. Alter physical DNA and you get physical deformities and birth defects. Alter spiritual DNA...try to supplant God's natural law with your own, and you get recognizable spiritual "mutations" and "birth defects"...and I wonder if that is the real penalty of sin. Perhaps the idea of "becoming perfect" to enter the kingdom of heaven, has less to do with affecting our own change, but more to the point simply not messing around with God's plan, and it is faith that reboots our original programming? hmmm*
