I think so. And if Woodward and Bernstein were around (or the President had an (R) after his name) the press would be pushing them. But the most important thing right now is to clearly identify that the report is a whitewash. Rubio took a huge step in that direction, and he didn't even have to publicly abuse Hillary to do it. Once it's a given that the report is crap, then Obama can't wave it and say the investigation is over. Then you ask him about what he did/didn't to.
