FFL staff is working 13-15hr days, and product is 70-80% gone from massive facility. They've pulled-out of all gun shows for next 30 days, since their store is overloaded with retail business. There are 4 loaded trucks backed-up outside at the loading docks, but no staff to unload and check-thru to inventory.
The owner, my long-time friend and former customer, offered me big bucks to come down to unload, price, SKU, tag, log-in and display inventory to store's computers. They're closing early tonite after 5 15hr days.
It's a madhouse in the 4 firearm stores I talked to this morning. Many aren't even answering phones; just taking care of massive walk-in customer surge. No product in stores and pipeline's almost empty. All 4 have pulled-out of shows.

I just went to my local gun store (southern Cali), yesterday to pick up my Sig 522. I witnessed the exact same thing that you described. The owner was in shock with all of the phone calls, a line out the door and no more AR-15 rifles in inventory. Many other firearms had sold out as well. The place was an absolute zoo...
