If the House Republicans cave on a gun ban, I’m done with that party. I might as well vote for Democrats. At least they’d give me free stuff.

Yep. I agree. Might was well take it over the cliff. Give the people what they want. It’s going to go there anyway. (At this point not sure it would teach anyone a lesson but give them an excuse to keep blaming someone else.)
