How much is your budget? how many people are trainers? how many teachers have been trained?...

What does the head of the department do if NOT keep that info?

Think about it ~ this is quibbling over well established prices for copying documents for FOIA or other sorts of requests. However, the agency head probably has the answers right there available to provide to anyone who asks ~ like how many pages of stuff there are!

Governor Walker can get the answers to the questions for free. I'd ask him first.
