I believe the left’s utterly predictable attempt to exploit the Newtown, Connecticut tragedy may backfire because it is crass and cynical. Obama saying appropriate things and wiping away a tear while saying them doesn’t hide the fact that he is a staunch socialist/communist and will try to use this horrible event to thwart American’s Second Amendment rights by imposing absurdly high federal ‘fees’ on gun licenses or other barely legal workarounds that subvert the constitutional right to own and bear arms. With 130 million gun owners in America, that may not go down quite as easily as Obama expects and using this tragedy won’t cover his real intent.

Last weekend was sickening. The Left media was politicizing the incident before the bodies were even cold. Figuratively speaking, the Left was jumping up and down with glee, saying “Kewl! Another opportunity to push the Agenda!”
