it isn’t wrong to hate corrupt cops? they make it bad for the good ones.
Fair enough. You can start your Support Your Local Sheriff campaign by refusing federal bribes of overtime cash and ending the East German style checkpoints and any other pet tactic of DC lefties.
May God bless those two officers and comfort their families! I guess if the gvt. banned guns, this would have never happend.
***Complete loss of freedom.***
It is beginning to feel like 1968 all over again.
“Stop being a cry baby. The people lost their lives. it is not about you and hurt feelings. if you think you can do the job, go through training and take the political correctness crap they put on each officer. With society as messed up as it, the cops have enough crap to deal with. Use some respect.”
My comments had nothing to do with the original post! Some cop on FR was taking the opportunity to “bait the cop haters,” and I was not buying his argument. From my perspective, law enforcement is at it’s nadir. Many LEO’s have absolutely no respect for our citizens rights. Our first chief of police married a friend of my wife’s. We were friends for a number years until he showed his true colors describing in great detail how he abused some and showed favoritism to the “important.” I won’t have anything to do with him any longer and neither will my wife. And you know what, now at 75 he’s joined a church and his wife says it’s because he needs it to help him deal with his guilt! Respect, yeah I use it when appropriate. In my case, none is warranted. Sure cops have a daily dose of crap, that’s part of what they sign up for when they become LEO’s. It does not give them the “right” to abuse anyone. I have a very close friend ( who also happens to be African American) who was an LAPD officer for ten years. He quit, because of the abuse he was told to hand out. You might want to consider showing some respect for your fellow citizens instead of defending the indefensible.
What a B.S. post....
Do these folks here on FR...want cops killed????
At around 6:00AM this morning the suspect was forced out of a house by tear gas, but he came out shooting and was killed by police.
