First report I’ve seen indicating this kid was on psych meds. Fanapt is used to treat schizophrenia.

Fanapt? Never heard of that one. Anything like Abiulfy, Risperdol, Selexa, Seroquel, or Welbutrin?

This is a good find. Fanapt causes weight gain. There is a pic of Adam Lanza circulating around that shows a much heavier individual than his school pictures. This would explain the discrepancy in his weight.
