Giving the signal for a bunch of additional states to follow suit. Then in 2016 the Republican nominee will be tied-down answering questions on whether he intends to go after marijuana users in the 6, 8 or 15 states that have legalized it. (and due to electoral college calculations, the answer will obviously be “no”)
And then people here will call him a RINO pothead Liberaltarian.
Maybe it just should be put to a vote in each state.
