The shooter probably had enough time to shoot all those kids and empty the AR -15 (m4) walk out to car and go back into the school. You can shoot or stab a lot of people in 5 - 10 minutes. This is a good argument to train teachers to carry so they have actual protection .

Latest report is Bushmaster with 20 30 round magazines taped together (60 round potential with only the need to reverse the two magazines once). Another long gun was left in the vehicle.
