This is why I still think the Supreme Court was just as wrong on the Westboro case as they were on Kelo and Obamacare. There is no way that the Framers thought the right of free speech included the right to torture a family on the day they bury a small child.

There is no way that the Framers thought the right of free speech included the right to torture a family on the day they bury a small child.They might have thought that a person had a right to do it, but didn't have the right to expect to come away unscathed...there was a time when society would not have tolerated such activities, now it fosters them.
