Sounds like my 11th birthday present (64 tyears ago): single barrel, full choke, 24" barrel, 3" chamber, JC Higgins .410 bore shotgun. Definitely not a toy, as his wife intimates, but not a criminal gun -- unless the stupid law makes barrels <25" illegal.
Sounds like most gun laws -- just another scam for turning honest citizens into criminals...
